Here’s your how-to:
1. Smile and open your mouth wide.
2. Fold your lower lip and the corners of your lips into your mouth and hold them tightly.
3. Extend your lower jaw forward and scoop up slowly as you close your mouth.
4. Pull your chin up about an inch each time you scoop, tilting your head slowly backward.
5. Open and close your lower jaw 10 times.
6. On the final repetition, with your chin pointed toward the ceiling extend and hold this position tightly for 20 seconds.
7. Repeat this sequence three times.
